Academic license terms
- Free academic use: intended exclusively for students, teaching activities, and academic or independent research, provided that the activity is strictly non-profit.
- Business or professional use: enterprise licensing, consulting, private integration, institutional use, government use, commercial processing, or any for-profit use requires prior communication and express written authorization through jordanzav@gisgeo.dev.
- Official channels and redistribution ban: the official website is the only authorized source for downloading and obtaining the software. Redistribution, repackaging, hosting, or distribution of the program or its components through third-party platforms, clouds, forums, or servers is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the developer.
- Intellectual property protection: the software is provided as a protected compiled build. Reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or modification of binaries, executable code, or integrated authentication and access-control systems is prohibited.
- Limitation of liability: the software assists interpretation automation and optimization, but under no circumstances replaces professional geological judgment or formal petrographic laboratory review.
- Privacy and data control: all processed scientific information and data remain under the user's responsibility and local control. The software follows an ethical privacy principle and does not perform intrusive collection, storage, or transmission of analytical data to external servers unless the user explicitly configures their own backend.
