How to submit the request
- Send the request from the Google email used with Lithica Atlas.
- Use the prepared email button or write to jordanzav@gisgeo.dev.
- Complete any reasonable identity verification requested by GisGeo Dev.
Data deleted
After identity verification, GisGeo Dev deletes the Firebase Authentication account and associated Atlas records it controls: profile and access, consent, newsletter preference and counts of sessions, active days, searches and record views. Do not send passwords or tokens. You can also start the request from Settings in the app.
Local data and retention
Signing out does not delete remote data. Clear app storage in Android to remove private app data; external copies must be removed separately. Any limited records retained for law, security, fraud prevention or disputes will be identified in the response, with their reason and retention period.
Timeframe
Verified requests are completed within 30 calendar days. This does not delete the user's Google account.
