How to submit the request
- Send the request from the Google email used with Lithica GeoTech.
- Use the prepared email button or send the request to jordanzav@gisgeo.dev.
- Complete any reasonable identity verification requested by GisGeo Dev.
Data deleted
After verification, GisGeo Dev deletes the Firebase Authentication account and associated Firestore access and usage records controlled by GisGeo Dev.
Local data and retention
Local preferences and files must be removed from each device by clearing application storage or uninstalling the application. Limited records may be retained when required by law, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
Timeframe
Verified requests are completed within 30 calendar days. Deleting Lithica GeoTech does not delete the user's Google account.
