Lithica Notebook · Privacy policy
Effective September 30, 2026. Controller: Jordan Angel Luciano Zavaleta Reyes, GisGeo Dev, Peru. Contact: jordanzav@gisgeo.dev.
Local data
The app stores imported documents, working copies, annotations, cover previews, reading history, preferences, courses, schedules and study sessions on your device. Local reading does not require an account. Exported or shared copies remain in the destinations you choose.
Optional Google Drive
Connecting Google uses account details and authorization credentials to access Drive. Requested permissions allow reading Drive files and managing files created or opened with the app. Imports, backups and synchronization you enable transfer content and metadata between your device and Drive account. Credentials are managed through Google Sign-In and platform secure storage. You can disconnect Drive and revoke access from your Google account.
Permissions and external services
The camera scans QR codes; notifications provide planner reminders; file access supports importing, exporting and organizing documents. Android QR scanning uses Google ML Kit, which processes images and results locally but may contact Google for updates and performance and usage metrics. See ML Kit terms and Google privacy policy.
Lithica Lab and external content
Lab executes code when requested. That code may access data or the network according to its environment. Package installation and component downloads contact their providers. Links, remote resources and web documents may contact external servers that receive technical information such as your IP address. Review code and content before execution or opening external resources.
Firebase and analytics
This test version does not store data in Firestore or implement Firebase user accounts. Any future integration will be explained before activation. The app does not include advertising or its own behavioral analytics system; external services may still process the technical data described above.
Retention and deletion
Local data remains until removed. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes private app storage, but not exported files, system backups or Drive copies. Remove external copies at their destination. Disconnecting Google does not delete Drive files. Email requests are used to respond to you; you may request deletion of correspondence, subject to necessary legal retention.
Rights, security and updates
Contact us to request information, access, correction or deletion of data controlled by GisGeo Dev. Do not send passwords or tokens. Protective measures are used, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Material changes will be reflected here and in the app where appropriate.
