This page describes how Lithica Explorer handles camera access, location use, and local field records.
Privacy Policy
Lithica Explorer may request access to the device camera exclusively for geological fieldwork features such as:
- attaching field evidence photographs,
- preliminary geological documentation,
- structural orientation workflows,
- and related scientific utilities.
The application does not sell, share, or distribute personal information to third parties.
All observations, media, and field records are stored locally on the user's device unless future synchronization features are explicitly enabled by the user.
Lithica Explorer does not collect sensitive personal data for advertising purposes.
Location services may be used exclusively for georeferenced geological observations and field navigation.
