Access and availability
The current version requires a Google account and acceptance of these terms and the privacy policy. The newsletter is optional. First sign-in requires internet; a verified session allows up to seven days of offline access before renewed verification. Initial module download and installation require sufficient storage. Update and security checks may restrict access; contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
1. Initial stage
Lithica Atlas is currently offered at no cost, including for economic or commercial use. GisGeo Dev may modify features during this stage.
2. Academic and commercial use
Academic, educational, and research use will remain free and may require periodic verification. GisGeo Dev reserves the right to introduce future licenses, subscriptions, plans, or agreements for commercial, business, or economic use.
3. Technical reference
Content is a reference aid and does not replace professional judgment, independent verification, applicable testing, or compliance with standards and law.
4. Ownership and sources
Images, publications, methods and references belong to their authors or providers and may have their own terms. Permission to consult Atlas does not grant general permission to extract or redistribute the catalog or its images. Respect source attribution and permissions. Scientific translations may be incomplete and fall back to English or Spanish.
5. Responsible use
Users must not breach, abuse, improperly automate, or interfere with the application or its services.
6. Privacy and changes
Changes to pricing or conditions will be communicated before they apply. Error-free operation or suitability for a particular technical decision is not guaranteed; this does not limit non-waivable rights under applicable law. You may stop using the app and request account deletion.
Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. These terms may be updated; questions: jordanzav@gisgeo.dev.
