Identity verification
Verification is preferably completed through a reply sent from the email address associated with Firebase Authentication. If you write from another address, GisGeo Dev may request reasonable additional confirmation before deleting the data.
Data that will be deleted
After verifying the request, GisGeo Dev will delete:
- Your Lithica Explorer account in Firebase Authentication.

- Consent records, preferences, usage metrics, and other Firestore documents associated with your UID.
- Other personal data linked to the account and controlled by GisGeo Dev.
Local data and possible retention
Projects, photographs, audio, and other data that only exist on your device cannot be deleted remotely. Delete the application's data in Android settings or uninstall it to remove those files. You must also remove files held in services you control, such as Google Drive.
Minimal records may be retained when required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud and abuse. If retention applies, its reason and duration will be disclosed. Deleting Lithica Explorer does not delete your Google account.
Timeframe
Processing may take up to 30 calendar days after identity verification. You will receive a confirmation when the process is complete.
Read the Lithica Explorer Privacy Policy or contact jordanzav@gisgeo.dev with questions about the process.
